Privacy Policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Ryddat is a product in early development. This policy currently covers only ryddat.com, the marketing website you're reading now — not the Ryddat application itself, which does not have paying customers or live user accounts yet. A separate, more detailed privacy policy will apply once the product is generally available and starts processing supplier and company documentation on customers' behalf.
Who we are
Ryddat ("we", "us") operates ryddat.com. If you have any question about this policy or your data, contact us at [email protected].
No cookies, no tracking, no analytics
This website does not set cookies, does not run any analytics or advertising script, and does not use any third-party tracking pixel. We don't know who you are or that you visited unless you email us.
The "Get early access" form
The form on this site does not submit your email address to a server we control. It opens your own email application with a message pre-addressed to [email protected]. Nothing is sent, and no data is collected, unless you actually send that email yourself.
If you do send it (or email us directly), we receive whatever your email client sends: your email address, your name if it's part of your email account, and the content of your message.
How we use it
- To reply to your message.
- To keep a record of who has asked for early access, so we can reach out when there's something to try.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.
- We do not add you to a marketing or newsletter list beyond the early-access program you opted into by sending the email.
Legal basis
For visitors in the EEA/Norway, our legal basis for processing the contents of an email you send us is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) — sending the email is the consenting action — and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Retention
We keep early-access correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to run the early-access program, and delete or anonymize it earlier if you ask us to.
Your rights
Under the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we'll act on it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) or your local supervisory authority.
Hosting & subprocessors
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As part of standard web hosting and content delivery, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (such as IP address) to serve you this page — see Cloudflare's privacy policy. We don't use any other third-party service on this website.
International transfers
Cloudflare operates a global network, so your request may be handled outside Norway or the EEA under Cloudflare's own standard contractual safeguards.
Children
This site is intended for business use and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this website handles data, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here.
